Technical Skills

1. Proficiency in iterative web and app development processes, with a strong focus on agile methodologies. Your ability to navigate and optimize these methodologies will be instrumental in driving project success.
2. Crafting comprehensive briefs, proposals, reports, and project plans. Your exceptional skill in articulating project requirements and objectives will ensure seamless communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
3. In-depth knowledge of digital products and a proven track record of successful product delivery. Your extensive experience in steering projects from conception to completion will be invaluable in achieving outstanding outcomes.
4. Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Everhour, Slack, and similar platforms. Your expertise in utilizing these tools will streamline project workflows and foster effective collaboration among team members.
5. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, enabling you to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
   

Responsibilities

As the Senior Project Manager, you will undertake a range of crucial responsibilities to ensure the successful delivery of projects and maintain exceptional client relationships. Your key duties will include:

1. Operates as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to client account management including, but not limited to extracting briefs, tracking and reporting on progress as well as maintaining clear and constant communication across various channels.
2. Crafting well-written scoping documentation, project plans, and any other supporting materials to aid in production efficiency is critical.
3. Participate in daily stand-ups, ensuring agile processes are followed, and provide feedback to delivery teams, and focus the teams on agreed sprint goals.
4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to customer needs and objectives by driving project deliverables within the production studio.
5. Develop new business opportunities with existing clients by proactively identifying areas of improvement that will expand the scope and size of accounts.
   

Requirements

1. A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a Digital Project Manager within a digital development agency.
2. Experience in delivering large-scale, custom-built web and mobile solutions based on bespoke requirements.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail and balancing resource requirements.
4. Excellent communication skills with a presentable and professional appearance.
5. Experience with project tools such as Jira, Google Apps, Slack, etc.
